intel GMA 4500MHD graphics Crashing computer

When im running a fps game i can average 60 fps.. but randomly in game my screen will go black and i will have to manual restart, or the game exits and takes me to desktop and everything is distorted. Any help? Has anyone else had this? Im Using a GMA 4500MHD card with Direct X 11 and latest driver.
