Hi Grey1,

Thank you for posting in the Community.

To better assist you, could you please provide a bit more information?

  1. When did you first notice these issues? Have there been any recent changes to your system, such as updates or new installations?
  2. Are the glitches and black screens consistent every time you start your PC, or do they occur randomly?
  3. Regarding the audio popping, does it happen only when you enter or exit fullscreen mode, or do you notice it at other times as well?
  4. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far, such as updating drivers or checking cable connections?
  5. System Information: Could you please run the Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) to gather detailed system information? This will help us identify any potential conflicts or outdated components:
  • Download the Intel® System Support Utility from here.
  • Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information.
  • Once the scan is complete, click "Next" and then "Save" to save the report.
  • Attach the report to your reply.

Your answers and the SSU report will help me understand the situation better and provide more targeted assistance

Best regards,
