intel arc a770 crashing and restart

hello

so im having issue with dispplay adapter

game randomly crashes ,go to balck screen and there is few vertical lines on screen with rgb colors for very short time ,after that computer restart

same thing happens when you restart to bios 

any solution to that

I am sorry to hear that you have problems with Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics, and I’ll be more than happy to help you.

Please answer the following:

·      Was it working before?

·      Have you made any recent software or hardware change?

Please run the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)

Then, install the latest driver from here: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - WHQL - Windows*

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

its still happening every day,today afetr 1 hr gaming pc made buzzigfn soutn adn crashed ,red led on motherboard shows faulty vga  then restarted and works fine
