It seems that on a  12th gen laptop that this tool could not download or install a driver for the Iris Xe graphics

For laptop, better use the laptop's OEM site for driver download. In some cases the Graphics Driver for laptop is customized by the OEM so, installing the generic driver from Intel is not advised.
