intel driver

hi i tried to update my intel drivers but i always get error "Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan" how to fix it 

i reinstall it and changed the browser and restarted my pc but still doesnt work

please help me

1. Uninstall the currently installed Intel DSA, using IDSA uninstaller. Clean Internet browser cache and reboot you computer.  

2. Download and install the latest Intel DSA.

3. Check.
