turbo3000, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this scenario, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the error message?

Do you have the option to share pictures of it?

Is this a new computer?

Was the computer working fine before without showing the error message you are describing?

If yes, when did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Any questions, please let me know.

Regards,

Albert R.

Hi Albert,

What is the error message?

No popup Win11 errors but i noticed the following Device Driver errors.

Do you have the option to share pictures of it?

Yes, attachments

Is this a new computer?

Yes, Asus G18 running Win 11.

Was the computer working fine before without showing the error message you are describing?

Yes & continues to work ok without any Win11 popup error messages although, if i let the system sleep, i have to do a hard reboot to get it going again.

If yes, when did the issue start?

Not sure but likely in recent months

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?

win11 update maybe.

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

irelevant but I mostly use for home. This is an intel device driver issue by the look of it.

Hello turbo3000, I just received an update on this matter.

Intel® DTT is a system software, drivers are configured by the system manufacturer (also known as OEM) to dynamically optimize the system for performance, battery life, and thermals.

Computer manufacturers can customize how Intel® DTT works in their driver software. When experiencing issues with Intel® DTT, we recommend that you first check with your computer manufacturer and use the driver software provided by them:

Hi Albert,

I have gone back to Asus Support & they asked me to uninstall & then reinstall the driver using the following file:

DPTF_ROG_Intel_J_V1.0.11000.27915Sub2_30496.exe

This did not fix the problem.

Now Asus are out of solutions.

Is there any other cause & remedy from intel?

regards,

Tony.

Hi there I have the same problem. I have reinstalled Windows 3 times to correct the problem but it didn't worked. I think it is a problem btween the windows updates and the Intel drivers. Did you fixed your problem?

Unfortunately no. No help from Asus as well. Requesting that I re-install windows which I cannot do as I will lose all my hard work. This will be the last time I buy Asus. I spent big too for the G18w model.

Hi Everybody

I've an Asus H7604JV the Studiobook ProArt, and i meet the same problem
Intel DTT is on error in the Dzevice Manager of Win 11
I tried to uninstal and reinstall the driver to fix the problem (by using DPTF_DCH_Intel_Z_V1.0.11200.30652_31666)
That fix the problem at the next startup, But the error ends up reappearing during a next reboot !!!
I don't know what to do to fix this problem.
Waiting for help and a solution.

Best regards
V.P.

I thought I had managed to make this DTT error disappear but it reappeared, I don't know why and how?
Although I tried to reinstall the appropriate driver from Asus, the installation is done but the error remains even after restarting Win11.
I do not know what to do.
A kind soul who can help would definitely be welcome, because it's beyond my skills.
Thank you so much

Best regards

Try Downloading the drivers from your manufacturer again or even any other manufacturer they're all the same drivers and certificates, but instead of trying to install the files through the browser or the file manager, create a recovery drive or even just un-zipping them onto a usb drive in ntfs format or fat32, but if that doesn't work then create a recovery disk whether usb or DVD, (you must make the recovery disk first or your files will be deleted if done first) after the recovery disk is completed take the zip files for your driver or drivers and individually un-zip the files and choose the usb and drive letter the recovery disk is on. Once that is done restart the computer push f12 repeatedly immediately as soon as the pc starts to come back on then choose boot from usb and reinstall windows. Windows and your computer should recognize and install the drivers as long as the certificates are valid and up to date if not then you have to go into safe mode and deactivate the windows certificate authority. A lot of times your storage manager and CPU drivers are needed to recover windows say for instance you lose your whole drive and without them your system won't detect your hard drive. Samsung ssd 840 pro you actually have to install it's own firmware on the SSD or your computer won't detect it at startup. But this should also work for updating driver's that are being stubborn. Hopefully it helps let me know if it doesn't, I'll try to see what i can find out. And don't bother trying to get support from your manufacturer or intel they're all money hungry extortionists that just want you to buy a new computer.
