i have dell studio 1555..i just got my motherboard replaced..
after that i formatted my hard drive with windows vista and started installing drivers..
when i was installing the intel graphic media accelerator 4500mhd it say the computer does not meet the requirements and the installation stops..(but i have installed it many times before the replacement and no error is there) when i download the updated driver from the dell website it says can't run the installation ...
help! please!!

As per the information you provided the system you are using now features the Intel(R) PM45 chipset, which does not include an Intel(R) video controller, therefore it does not use the Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD. It will use a third party one.
And seeing that same information you provided, seems that the video controller that this new motherboard is from ATI HD 4570. You may try using this URL to check for drivers:
