intel hd 5500 100% utilization on idle

Assalamoalikum Everyone!

Hope you are all doing great. I have been experiencing a problem that my intel gpu's utilization is 100% even when nothing is opened due to which my laptop lags stopping me from even browsing or watching a youtube video properly. The disk utilization also goes to100% on idle .My laptop is HP Elitebook 840 G2 . I had also turned off hardware accelaration in my browser, reinstalling the driver, downgrading my driver's version but the problem still continues. If someone knows the solution of this problem then plz tell me.
