greetings,
after updating the windows 11 beta release the internal touch screen for dell XPS 9q23 turned completely off, even on boot. yet the display is detected by the device manager but it's not active and can not be turned on, extended, or duplicated
the screen is an OEM replacement newly installed.
device guard core isolation memory integrity is off due to an incompatible driver
igdkmd64.sys
graphics intel HD 4000 series.
I am using an external display but I can not use it to enter bios during boot.
please advise with a compatible driver or a solution as needed .
kind regards and help are appreciated.

HD4000 Graphics (and therefore your processor) are not supported on windows 11.

And after that it turned off completely even on boot no data whatsoever,
I installed a fresh windows 10 same situation.
Please advise.
Thank you for your assistance.

As I said, your processor and graphics are not supported on W11:
Only 8th gen processors and later are supported on W11.
Microsoft's rule, not Intel's.
