This forum is for game developers working on Intel Graphics.
In order to speed up the reporting process and give our graphics software engineers the information they need please report any suspected graphics driver bugs in the format below. Use N/A for any fields you do not have information for, remember the more information we have the quicker we can address the issue.
Supports Intel(R) UHD Graphics, Intel(R) UHD Graphics, Intel(R) HD Graphics, Intel(R) Iris(R) Plus Graphics, Intel(R) Iris(R) Pro Graphics & Intel(R) HD Graphics on: 6th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) processor family (codename Skylake) 7th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) processor family (codename Kaby Lake) 8th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) processor family (codenames Kaby Lake R, Coffee Lake) Apollo Lake Gemini Lake
Currently Operating System(s):
Microsoft Windows* 10-64 - Anniversary Update Microsoft Windows* 10-64 - Creators Update Microsoft Windows* 10-64 - Fall Creators Update Microsoft Windows* 10-64 - April Update
If the product you are using is not on this list then the latest driver posted on Intel.com is maybe the last planned driver for that product line. If possible try your issue on a supported product before reporting the issue.
Also please start a new topic in the forum and do not post in this thread. If we have all the issue reporting and conversations happening here it will get confusing and harder for us to help.

Hi Frost,
I also need the reproduction steps, how are you making these videos? From within Minecraft? OR with 3rd party software? We can't investigate unless we can reproduce your issue.
So please respond in the original thread you created with that information so I can get things moving.
Thanks,
-Michael

Files are displayed sporadically as black pages within the Photoshop window.
Additional Information:
-------------------------------
Disabling OpenGL in Photoshop seems to resolve this issue, but slows the system.
Other programs like InDesign seem to be much slower with the new Intel-Chip than on an old graphics card like Nvidia Quadro NVS 295 or ATI FireMV2260.

Hello every one im on asus
System Used: Asus x555la-xx805h
CPU SKU: i5-5200u
GPU SKU: Intel Hd Graphics 5500
Processor Line: U
DDRam : 6Gb
Graphics Driver Version: 10.18.14.4062 date 15/12/2014
Operating System: Windows 8.1 64bits
OS Version: 6.3, version 9600
have buy x555lab i-5 (18th january 2017) with intel hd 5500 under windows 8.1 64bit and play at world of tanks, before update gpu driver all were ok, i was install w10 and of course windows apply last update for my gpu and TRACK GLITCH !
i return under windows 8.1 and no track glitch.
Was try asus pilots ( oh marvellous they not continu to post update drivers for my pc and was mail them) they give me a w10 64bits driver and same bug under windows 8.1 (thx to make point of system restore before)
for finish i go back on asus and miraculous they have put update for my graphic driver and atm no track glitch again : driver 15/12/2014 its the last on asus website for x555l
So, it is your driver with windows 10 ? or after year 2014 is it just your drivers ? or its finally windows 10 who ruins your drivers ? and if you have something for repair that with your driver after 2014 and under windows 10 64bits or windows 8.1 64bits i take it 🙂
P.S its not my pictures, those come from world of tank forum where some players have same problems of me , but have same problems when i run the game in the lowest resolution possible with disable all option (in this game more fps = more easy).
Best regards
Julien.H

Problem with shadows in Blender 2.8
For some reason, sometimes the matrices in an UBO are transposed when transferred to be used in a glsl code.
System Setup Information:
-----------------------------------------
System Used: ultrabook Dell Inspiron 14z
CPU SKU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80GHz
GPU SKU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (Ivy Bridge GT2)
Processor Line: N/A
System BIOS Version: Dell inc. A13, 18/05/2013
CMOS settings: N/A
Graphics Driver Version: 4.0.0 - Build 10.18.10.4885
GOP/VBIOS Version: ivb21320_BMW Z$_seamless PC 14.34 02/10/2012 02:52:02
Operating System: Windows 10 64 bits
OS Version: 10.0.17134
API: N/A
Occurs on non-Intel GPUs?: Nope
Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------------------
1. Download the developing version, Blender2.8
2. Download and open this attachment file: test.blend
3. In Blender put the engine to Eevee.
Expected Results:
-------------------------------
Actual Results:
-------------------------------
Additional Information:
-------------------------------
The problem is in the matrices sent to a UBO in GLSL. In Intel, these matrices are transposed.
This is the UBO code: lamps_lib.glsl
In the structure of this UBO, we can see this array of matrices (shadowmats): bsdf_common_lib.glsl

Hi all. I have the following issue on 2x NUC8i7BEH units.
They have 2 Acer Predator X34 monitors attached to them, one via HDMI directly, and one by USB type C to DP.
When the computer goes to sleep, the screen on HDMI will not wake up without turning the monitor power off and then back on.
Occasionally, one of them needs a reboot to be detected.
We have swapped the monitors around and cables and it has been consistent on the HDMI only.
We also have a NUCi5BEH running on twin ASUS vh238h with out any issues with the HDMI to HDMI and USB-C to HDMI.
Using Windows 10 Pro 1809
Intel Graphics Driver 25.20.100.6577
BIOS revision 0066

Occurs on non-Intel GPUs?: No
Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------------------
1. Connect monitor via hdmi to laptop (nvidia GPU - 1060), connect monitor via usb-c to hdmi cable (Intel hd 630) from thunderbolt port to monitor (In this scenario, 2x Benq 27" 1080p HDR monitors)
2. Nvidia connected monitor color reproduction is correct, Intel connected monitor is showing incorrect color (gamma very high)
3. The only way to resolve the extreme gamma is to go into the intel graphics control panel -> display -> color settings -> enable YCbCr -> Disable YCbCr.
4. System shows correct color until next time system reboots, or settings on the screen change (ie, changing resolution, starting up a game, etc.).
5. swapping monitors does not work, rolling back drivers did not work, trying manufacturer drivers vs intel drivers, no dice. Issue has persisted through various BIOS updates.
Expected Results:
ACCURATE COLOR
Actual Results:
INCORRECT COLOR ON INTEL GPU
Additional Information:
Intel connected display cannot display HDR, monitor does not appear to be properly detected. I have attached DxDiag and symptom pictures as a starting point.

Bug report: intel graphics driver doesn't work in my setup and shows "no input signal" on screen.
System Setup Information:
NUC8i3BEH
HP HDMI to VGA adapter (P/N 700571-002)
Iiyama Prolite E2202WSV
Windows 10 Home NL
Expected Results:
Simple install of Windows works fine, but on reboot the screen shows "No input signal" after initial Intel NUC logo.
Actual Results:
-Frustrating customer experience: first thought it was my mistake, kept on plugging in&out the cables, took out the harddrive a couple of times and formatted the disk again (through some external cables) to re-install windows. That worked till reboot. With some help on the forum here, the culprit was found: the not-functioning intel graphics driver.
-No screen output through that adapter to my screen (somewhat older, has VGA input only).
-NUC does give output to my HDMI TV screen
-my new HP Pavillion laptop does give output to the screen (HDMI out->adapter->screen)
-solution: remove the intel graphics driver, the old windows base graphical driver (from 2006) works fine and gives me output to the screen.from my NUC.
Solution kindly provided here by Leon:
https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D70P000006vQK5/i-started-my-new-nuc-installed-win10-nl-home-from-usb-stick-screen-working-as-normal-rebooted-the-nuc-for-windows-updates-and-after-the-initial-intel-nuc-screen-the-monitor-shows-no-input-signal-how-do-i-get-it-to-work-again
Expected solution:
-update the graphical driver so it is more backwards compatible with VGA adapters. "no input signal" when simply installing my operating system made for a bad customer first experience (after the delight of the size of the NUC).
