How to turn off Display Power Saving in the Intel Graphics Command Center, but is there a way to set it with a command or registry?

Thank you so much for the information provided. Based on your request, the following steps may be useful for you:
1. Open the Intel® Graphics Command Center
2. Press on the Windows key on your keyboard and start typing Intel, choose Intel Graphics Command Center.
3. Select System > Power
4. In On Battery, set Display Power Savings to Off.

1.I want to achieve it not by GUI, but by modifying commands and registry.
2.That's not it. It is not a change in the GUI.

Thanks for your patience. In this case, the only steps that we have related to "Display Power Saving" are the following:
Intel cannot recommend registry modifications because this could harm the system. If the steps provided do not work, I recommend you check with the laptop manufacturer for information and support.
