iris plus 640 - monitor u3818wd shuts down randomly at 3840 x 1600 60hz

dell xps 9360 laptop with i7-7560U intel iris  plus640
the monitor u3818wd connected directly via usb-c or via displayport throught dock to the laptop shuts down randomly for 3 seconds - then the image comes back and you hear a soft pop in the speakers of the monitor - the problem does not occur when i have my laptop screen running simultaneously with the monitor.
The problem only occurs at a resolution of 3840 x 1600 and 60hz refresh rate - at 30hz it is no longer there. in lower resolutions the problem does not occur either. the monitor works fine with other computers. I checked with dell support all graphics card drivers from 2018 till now and newest from intel and each has this error.

Hi, had similar situation on UHD 750 and DELL S3422DWG at 3440x1440@144Hz on 9127 drivers. When 9955 installed its fine so far, but Windows 11 still rolling back to 9127  which is old and no Windows 11 compatible (date of realease is 1st of April 2021)
