We are sorry to hear that the issue with the USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ports not providing signal persists, we will do further research on this matter, for us to be able to do that, while using the HDMI port to boot to Windows*, please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

Were you using this particular monitor on the previous NUC or did you upgrade the monitor at the same time as the NUC?

Hi I got the new cables today I have added So now I have HDMI Cable on and USB-3-C / Display I have Duplicate these monitors I win
I can now run on HDMI Cables with 3840x1080 in 120Hz
I can now run on USB-3-C / Display 3840x1080 in 144.999Hz
( little problem left what can i do about it =
Show I remove my HDMI cable and Restart my PC it can not boot
On the USB-3-C / Display I need to plug in the HDMI Cable to boot it on
I can not understand otherwise run it

Well, glad to know that the USB-C issue was just a cable issue (to be honest, that is what I expected).
Now, as for this new issue that you are reporting, please explain yourself a bit better so that we understand the steps for how to attempt to reproduce.
