To understand the issue ins a better way, please answer the following questions:
- What is the issue that you have? For example, bad performance, low FPS, freezes, etc.
- Which games do you have issues with?
- To know your laptop system information download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. This is going to help to start with the next step.
