I am using Dell XPS 15 9550. I noticed that Intel now ships libEGL.dll and libGLESv2.dll. But they don't seem to work on this laptop.
Since when has Intel been shipping libEGL and libGLESv2 for windows? Are they supposed to work on laptops with NVIDIA Optimus?

Steps to Reproduce:

2. Create EGL surface and EGL context
3. eglMakeCurrent
Expected Results:
-------------------------------
Surface and context is made current.
Actual Results:
-------------------------------
Crash in nvogl
Additional Information:
-------------------------------
It seems that the libEGL.dll does not work on system which also has NVIDIA graphics / Optimus technology.
