Hi, atfkaka.
Thank you for posting in our Community and providing the log file. I understand that you're experiencing crashes with MindManager. This might be related to the graphics drivers for your Intel Arc 370M and Xe integrated graphics on the 12700H. To help me better understand and resolve the issue, kindly answer the following questions below:
- Which version of MindManager are you currently using? Have you checked for any available updates for the software?
- Are there specific actions or tasks within MindManager that seem to trigger the crashes more frequently?
- Was MindManager stable on your system before, or have you always experienced these crashes?
Additionally, I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable us to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue
Your responses will help me narrow down the potential causes and find a solution more quickly.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.

I have updated all the drivers, including the graphics card, to the latest version. The issue exists in both MindManager 2021 and 2023, but I'm not sure if it existed before installing the drivers.

Thanks ^_^
I have found the cause of the problem. I closed potential interfering programs one by one and finally discovered that the issue was caused by the Windows Magnifier. If the Magnifier is turned on, MindManager cannot be opened; but if I turn off the Magnifier, MindManager runs normally. However, on my old laptop (i5-8265U, integrated graphics), everything works fine, including the integrated graphics and its drivers, the Magnifier, and MindManager.

Hello, atfkaka.
Thank you for your thorough troubleshooting and for identifying Windows Magnifier as the cause of the issue. That’s a valuable discovery. Since your old laptop (i5-8265U) runs both Windows Magnifier and MindManager without issues, the conflict on your current system may be related to Graphics driver differences between the two devices, Software or display settings that interact differently with Windows Magnifier, or compatibility issues with the specific hardware and driver versions on your new system.
I appreciate you for taking the time to share this fix, and hopefully, it may help other community members experiencing similar behavior. Since the problem was resolved by identifying interfering programs and determining that Windows Magnifier was the cause, would it be okay to close this inquiry now?
Best regards,
Von M.
