jhonatan_pelaez, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
Just to let you know, we only provide support in English language and currently, we are using a translation tool.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this scenario, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:
What is the model of the laptop?
When did the issue with the monitor start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?
Which Windows* version are you using?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
Any questions please let me know.
Regards,
Albert R.

Hi jhonatan_pelaez, Thank you very much for providing that formation, the SSU report, and the picture.
Accroding to the SSU document, the graphics driver version currently installed on your computer is 26.20.100.7325 which is provided by ASUS and should be the proper driver for your device:
https://www.asus.com/latin/supportonly/X441UV/HelpDesk_Download/
It is important to mention, that we always recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform.
Since the problem persists with the graphics driver provided by them, even though the Intel® graphics drivers are generic, for testing purposes, please try a clean installation of Intel® graphics driver version 30.0.101.3430 following the instructions in the links below:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html?
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html
We also recommend to get in contact directly with ASUS Support to confirm the latest BIOS version is currently installed in your machine or to gather the instructions on how to update it:
Once you get the chance, please let us know the results of trying those troubleshooting steps.
Regards,
Albert R.
