Hello Mitch93:

Please try the following driver, it is the Beta driver version 4530:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26305/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26305/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345

Also, if the laptop is using an Nvidia video card, then the best thing to do will be to get the drivers directly from Nvidia's web site:

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Which video ports are you using?

Did it work fine before?

Did you test it with a different cables?

Another option will be to use the drivers from Microsoft, you can try that by doing a BIOS update.

Besides that, you can always get in contact with the manufacturer of the laptop, so they can check if they have a graphics driver for it, or if they can try a BIOS update on it, or to get further technical and warranty support.

Any questions, please let me know.
