new Win 8 PC will not boot up on TV via HDMI Gen7 intel HD graphics

successfully turned up new win 8 PC using Samsung 27" TV as monitor via HDMI. Tried to hook up new PC to 42" Panasonic Plasma TV via HDMI and it will not boot up? How do I make PC recognize TV??

I would need more information in regards to your system configuration:

Which version of Windows do you have?

Also, the exact processor model and the graphics controller:

Click the Windows icon, and then right-click Computer .

Select Properties .

Find System Type on the Properties window, and then note the processor model.

I built a PC using a ASrock Q1900TM-ITX motherboard....here are components :

Case – Serener GA-L01 fan-less (Silver)

Motherboard – ASrock Q1900TM-ITX

CPU – Intel Quad Core J1900(2 GHz)

DVD/Optical Drive - Pioneer DVR TS-08/1 DVD R-RW

Hard Drive - Western Digital Caviar Green WD5000AADS 500GB 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s

Graphics – Intel HD 7th Generation(Gen 7) graphics (supports Intel quick sync video)

RAM – 8GB+8GB

OS – Windows 8.1

Power Supply FSP-FSP150-ABAN1-150W-19V external

I turned up the system using a Samsung 23" P2370 TV with a HDMI to Hdmi connection @ 1920X1080 resolution. Windows 8.1 installed fine and system working properly.

I then tried to connect my new PC to my Panasonic Plasma 42" TV via HDMI to HDMI (TC-P42GT25) and it would not boot up....blue screen

I also tried to connect my new PC to my Panasonic Plasma 42" Monitor via HDMI to DVI (TH-42PHD7UY) and the same thing happened.

Can you take a picture of the blue screen? I need to know what is exactly the blue screen about?

Are you getting blue screen after loading the latest Intel(R) Graphics Driver?

Does your system blue screen working with generic windows drivers?

I try to log into windows 8.1 and I see the blue windows box and then the rotating circle and then I go to the blue screen and it never boots up. I do have my mouse pointer. Here is pic of screen.

The graphics controller and HDMI are working when you connect 23" TV, I would recommend checking for monitor drivers that way the monitor EDID and the graphics video BIOS could interact each other.
