Hello dolwpq,
Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I see how important is for you to set a custom resolution in Intel® Graphics Command Center, I will be happy to help you.
To understand the issue in a better way, please answer the following questions:
- Were you able to set a custom resolution before?
- Do you receive an error message? If so, what is the error message?
- To check you hardware information attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
- To know the Intel® Graphics Command Center version run the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers, find the installation steps on How to Install the Intel® Graphics Command Center From the Microsoft Store.
