in the intel graphics control center in the display box, I used to be able to change the screen resolution, screen frequency, etc. and after reinstalling windows, all this disappeared and now only the button: open system settings

After updating to the latest Intel Graphics command Center Version 1.100.4979.0 the resolution setting option is missing.
Resolution:
The latest version of IGCC no longer contains this setting.
Use Windows* Display Settings to change the resolution.
Select Start > Settings > System > Display.
