Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

 

Upon checking, it appears that we previously sent a private reply but did not receive a response. Given that, I'll continue assisting you here in this thread so I can keep the discussion moving forward.

 

To further investigate, kindly share the additional information below.

 

1. Is the issue isolated to Wuthering Waves?

2. Can you pinpoint what changed around 6 months ago? Any major Windows updates, driver updates, or system changes?

3. When crashes occur in DX11 mode, do you get the same UE4 crash dialog, or different error messages?

4. Have you checked Windows Event Viewer for any graphics driver or system errors around crash times?

5. What are your GPU temperatures during gameplay?

6. Have you tried using DDU to completely clean install graphics drivers?

7. What are your GPU temperatures during gameplay?

8. Are you playing through the official launcher, Epic Games Store, or another platform?

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate an updated copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

1.我玩的游戏并不多,这个电脑上只有两个,目前仅限于Wuthering Waves。

2.应该只是游戏版本更新,重大Windows更新不在那个时候,至于驱动更新和系统变动应该没有,这个电脑一般是无人值守的,为了稳定性,没有遇到问题我是不会主动更新驱动的

3.只在一个月前看到过一两次其它弹窗,似乎是关于内存的问题,但在那之后再也没看到过这种关于内存(显存?)的了。其余的都是相同的的弹窗。

4.我没有检查过。

5.应该是50~60℃吧···我记得之前一直是这样,包括近期(一周内),但是最近一次显卡驱动更新后(几天前),我的显卡控制面板也卡住打不开了······目前看不到温度。

6.没有,但问题不仅局限于我的设备,可以在我此前提供过的中文论坛看到不止是我有这一问题,我推测卸载重装不会有什么改善,不过我将在稍后方便时尝试此方案。

7.这个问题的答案和5一致,您似乎问了两遍相同的问题?

8.官方启动器。

另外,就在近日(一周内)我遇到了新问题,不确定是游戏还是显卡的问题,情况描述如下:

在多种情况下(并不局限于游戏中的某一特定操作)可能遇到,我只是离开电脑了不到一分钟,然后就会遇到特别卡顿的情况,大概每秒只有几帧,但是只要我来回切换一下桌面,就可以恢复正常运行(非常流畅,帧率很高),但只能维持一两秒,就又会变成每秒几帧的情况(帧率低于5)。

如果卡顿保持过久而不切换桌面恢复流畅运行,过一会就会卡死然后闪退,没有任何提示。

不好意思,但是我真的没有收到你们的回复,至少我没有找到在哪。

以及,我的显卡控制面板目前打不开,重启电脑也没用。

当前正在尝试使用DDU彻底清理显卡驱动程序并重新安装,暂时无法确定是否还会发生闪退情况,因为并不频繁,而且比较随机,我无法预测下一次闪退是什么时候。

@Alkaid Why do you not wait for a response before your additional posts?  Flooding your thread with posts will cause a lack of response.

 

Also, there is an "edit" function.  If you need to add more information, edit your post to add it rather than adding another post.

不好意思,但我的确没有看到任何“编辑”按钮/选项。

 

以及,这一切都是在回复原先的内容,因为操作繁杂,且我在与显卡分销商沟通并执行解决方案(具体操作过程中遇到了其它新问题),为较为及时的提供更多信息,我选择了在事件取得进展时同步进度,可能是因为我在操作时遇到了需要拆机解决的问题,让我以为时间已经过去了好久吧···我会采纳你的建议,以后不再连续发送多条消息了。

最近一次崩溃自动复制了一些信息(仍然是Fatal Error的弹窗)

Thank you for sharing all this information with me. To help us continue troubleshooting, please try updating your BIOS to the latest version, 1825. Additionally, in case we need to replicate the issue in our test lab, kindly provide the exact game settings you are using as well as the complete crash dump file.
