opengl 2.1 support for 965 express chipset?

I have a laptop that has inbuilt Mobile Intel(R) 965 express graphics.

I have bought a game off steam that will not run because it needs Opengl 2.1

Looking at my graphic drivers, I only have Opengl 2.0 at the moment.

Can I get better drivers to support 2.1 or is 2.0 the limit for this graphics chipset?

I am afraid to say the Graphics Controller you have can support up to OpenGL 1.5. This limitation is hardware based so as Al said, you are doing better that what the document is reporting.
