problem to install Intel Corporation - Display - 31.0.101.5382

Good evening
windows update is stuck on this update and can't install it.
Could I have some help ??
my laptop is a Dell G15 recently purchased.
With windows 11 Pro operating system before update because in the market it had windows 11 home

Thank you very much for your help!!
The problem was solved like this.
I downloaded the driver manually and did a clean install.
Now everything is fine

  • Have you installed any new software or made any significant changes to your system recently?
  • Are you receiving any specific error messages or codes when the update fails?
  • Have you tried updating your BIOS and chipset drivers from the Dell Support website?
  • Is your internet connection stable during the update process?
  • Have you tried running the Windows Update Troubleshooter?
  • Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me? 
  • How did you perform the last update? Did you use a device manager-clean installation, Dell Support Assist or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before updating to the latest graphics driver?

It is the second time I have this problem this week. I also have Dell G15 laptop.

Problem started when I started my game, my laptop changes the graphics card to Nvidia when I launch a game. When at idle/not playing, it uses Intels graphics card. This time when I launched the game, it didn't change to Nvidia and caused the game to run on 1080x720, but this game doesn't run on this resolution and couldn't launch the game, so I have to manually only use Nvidia graphics card. Basically the automatic switching between cards does not work anymore and is faulty.

 

  • Have you installed any new software or made any significant changes to your system recently? Yes Nvidia driver update and windows update, after that appeared the Intel's display update, which doesn't want to update.
  • Are you receiving any specific error messages or codes when the update fails? Install error - 0x80070103
  • Have you tried updating your BIOS and chipset drivers from the Dell Support website? All done
  • Is your internet connection stable during the update process? Yes
  • Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me? Yes, ready to share but web browser submition doesn't work.
  • How did you perform the last update? Did you use a device manager-clean installation, Dell Support Assist or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before updating to the latest graphics driver? I did clean uninstallation on the Intel graphics card driver, then installed the newest version manually from your website. It worked.

You  can download the driver manually and install manually. 

Restart windows

Το πρόβλημα λύθηκε έτσι.
Κατέβασα το πρόγραμμα οδήγησης με μη αυτόματο τρόπο και έκανα καθαρή εγκατάσταση.
Τώρα όλα είναι εντάξει

Good morning, 

Go to intel and manually download the missing driver for the version you want 31.0.101.5382. 

Save it to your PC and then install the driver. That's all.

 

If you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask me...

Доброго дня.Маю таку саму проблему з компютером Dell G15, доступу до виккачування вручну немає пише "Цей веб-сайт містить конфіденційну інформацію Intel, яка може бути використана та розголошена лише відповідно до чинної угоди про нерозголошення між вами або вашою компанією та Intel." Підкажить що робити ?
