problem with Intel® HD Graphics 530 on I3 6100

Hi i have a problem in my I3 6100 when i open photoshop my screen freeze and if i open youtube on chrome in pc freeze and with Parallel Space the same problem some time my PC restart after opening youtube or Parallel Space i am on the latest update from Intel do i need to change my CPU?

i got error see the picture.
