problem with intel XTU

hello community, i need  some help.

i have a dell optiplex 9010 SFF with a core i5 3470S and i want to give it a small overclock.But,intel XTU doesnt open and tells me that the program isnt responding and then just closes. please help TIA.

XTU only supports X and K processors.  You have an S processor, which means you do not have an unlocked processor.

My integrated graphics frequency as it’s good but it can be better.
