I have just bought a new laptop from Dell - Inspiron 15 7559
My OS is Windows 10 64bit
However, I've seen the following message several times.
Display Driver stopped responding and has recovered
Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered.
When it happens, my laptop screen goes black for a few seconds and then recovers.
I've updated my display drivers to the latest available from Dell's site.
I am unable to update these further from Intel's site as I receive the following popup:
Any ideas as to what I should do?
I assume the issue is due to a driver issue??
System information from Intel detection attached.

Hello, GuyTD:
That message indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer, however, you may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows...
Regards,
Amy.
