Subject: Performance Issues with Intel Arc A580 GPU in World of Tanks (Texture Glitches, Stuttering, Low CPU Utilization)

Details:

GPU Model: Intel Arc A580

Driver Version: 32.0.101.6559 (Released on February 27, 2025)

System: Windows 11 Pro for Workstations (Build 22635.4950)

Game: World of Tanks China Edition (Version 1.27.1.4884)

Issue Description:

Texture Glitches: Severe graphical artifacts during gameplay.

Stuttering: Frequent frame drops and lag.

Low CPU Utilization: CPU usage remains below expected levels despite GPU bottlenecks.

Troubleshooting Attempted:

Latest GPU driver installed (32.0.101.6559).

"Shared Memory" enabled in BIOS/UEFI settings.

Request:
Please investigate and resolve these compatibility/performance issues urgently. Let me know if additional logs or diagnostics are required

To assist you further, could you please provide the specific game settings you have used? Additionally, have you attempted to revert to a previous driver version? What is the exact model of your CPU?

I don't have the game settings that 杨先生 used, but it looks similar to this problem

Please be advised that we need more information so we can further investigate the issue. Please help share the following:

 

  • SSU log file. (Attach the log file as you reply)
  • Graphics settings.
  • Screen resolution.
  • Screenshots of issue.
  • Does it only happen on specific maps, game modes, events?
  • What platform (link if possible) you got the game from?
