Possuo um lenovo V31014ISK, Intel core i3 4GB de RAM e placa gráfica Intel HD Graphics 520. Sempre que tento executar o jogo The sims 3 e por vezes o 4, aparece o seguinte erro "O aplicativo foi impedido de acessar o hardware gráfico". Às vezes o erro acontece até com o Edge! Eu já tentei de tudo:
- aumentar TDR
- desinstalar e atualizar placa de vídeo para a versão mais recente
- formatar
- enviei para a fábrica da Lenovo e voltou na mesma
- suporte da EA games
Tudo sem sucesso.
