In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your platform:
What is the model of the motherboard?
What is the model of the processor?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?
Is this a new computer?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?
Which Windows* version are you using?
Is there any reason why you are updating the Intel® graphics driver, is there a graphics problem with the computer?
As an option we can try to install the Intel® generic graphics driver manually:
