So I initially got an email from noreply@consumer.intel.com saying that my Intel account would be deactivated in 30 days if I didn't log in within that time. After making sure it wasn't a Phishing scam, I went ahead and signed in, clicked around a bit, and assumed all would be well.
However, I got another email the next day saying I now had 29 days left. Foreboding. Anyway, I saw someone else had a similar problem in the forums, but was advised by @JohnM_Intel to open my own thread.
I did follow the initial prompt of signing in, following the link provided in the email. Maybe the problem will have solved itself, now that I'm making forum posts here and such, but I'm honestly not sure.
If I keep getting these emails, I'll keep the thread updated.

It is a scam/phishing email.
Intel does not send urgent account de-activations in emails
