after installing a new update version 31.0.101.2125 for 7th-10th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor Graphics, and related Intel Atom®, Pentium®, and Celeron® processors, there's a notification from Windows to restart the laptop, but after restarting many times, the notification is still there

I'll give here instructions how to fix it in Windows 10, but Windows 11 is very similar:

1. Open Windows Settings>Apps

2. Find the line with Intel Graphics Command Center and click on it

3. Click on Advanced Options

4. Click on Repair or Reset

5. Reboot your computer
