Tengo una Lenovo IdeaPad S340 con gráficos Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620.

Memoria Ram de 4GB pero la Vram solo toma 128MB. Podría llegar a 512, intenté hacerlo desde la BIO, pero no da la opción.

¿Saben que podría hacer para aumentar la Vram?

The settings in the BIOS are not used at runtime, so don't waste your time playing with them. The Intel Graphics driver will dynamically allocate more memory to graphics as needs require (up to 50% of your memory). You do not need to try and force this. If you have a game that is saying there isn't enough and it is not a situation where the need is greater than (in your case) 2GB, then this is a bug in that game.

Do you think that adding an extra 4GB or ram would at least increase the Vram from 128 to 256 at least?

Nothing will change the minimum. There used to be a way to change this via the registry, but this method doesn't work any longer (not since release of DCH drivers). It is what it is.

Now, increasing the system's memory by 4GB is going to make an additional 2GB available for graphics purposes and it will be allocated when required. So yes, this is always good thing to do.
