I need to get more context on the suggestion that you provided. Kindly answer the following questions:

1. What do you mean by increase the FPS frame rate? Are you referring to the overlay?

2. Same as with 1% low FPS, which shows the FPS Average the but ignores the slowest 1 percent, is it about the overlay or are you asking for settings that can help you increase your FPS on a game?
