tablet not recognized

I bought a intel motherbord with chipset 82801GB/GR and I own a g pen 450 digital tablet, but after I installed the motherboard it doesn´t recognize the tablet, even thou the tablet is recognized by any other computer, and the motherbord that I had before the Intel.

oh, and the intel motherboard is recognizing all devices except for the tablet.

I have tried with windows xp and no luck, and now I am using windows 7 and no luck eather

all help will be appretiated
