the screen freezes or turns blue

 I'm playing "Knight online". The game uses directx9. and an old game. But I am having optimization problems and I constantly get errors in the game, my screen turns completely blue and the game freezes. I've seen people having problems with this before and writing to the intel community. The game is old and the intel arc a750 graphics card is new. I can understand this. But can you look for optimization studies and solutions regarding this? There are many people living in Turkey who prefer the Intel Arc A 750 graphics card and have problems with the same game. The game is planning to switch to Directx 11 soon. I don't know if this will be a solution, and I don't know if this is the reason for my error. Can you help me?

We know it is important to be able to play your games without freezes and we want to inform you that this issue has been reported to our driver dev team and they are at the moment working towards a fix, we cannot commit to a specific outcome and at the moment there is no an estimated time for the issue to be resolved, but rest assured that we are working on it. Once there is an update regarding this issue, we will be updating this thread.

I hope and expect it to be resolved as soon as possible. Me and my 4 teammates with the same graphics card are waiting for your solutions instead of buying a new computer. I hope Intel graphics cards do not come as a regret, but as a brand that produces fast solutions and analyzers.

It's been 2 weeks and still no solution. When will the solution come? My friends and I are still waiting for the solution. We cannot play the game due to constant freezing and hanging problems.

Hi @MoonArya 

I apologize for the long delay in getting back to you.

I can confirm this issue is fixed when playing the game using the DirectX 11 game mode. Please check with the game developer for instructions on how to launch this game with this API.
