unable to download drivers

Wierd Problem..

I cannot download any generic drivers from the download center ( trying to download latest ones for intel hd 3000)

When i click on zip file and accept terms nothing happens.. i mean the downloading doesnt start..

Currently using chrome

I tried using Internet explorer and firefox but same results..

Help me out
