I tried an INTEL utility to identify the newest driver, got 10.x.x.x but it refused to install. only got an error message that stated "unknown error" then a log file then a program that switched back to the older file, nice job, actually, and then nothing, no touchscreen, no hdmi, just ordinary video.

what to do to get this product upgraded to windows 10 and still have some functionality for touchscreen and hdmi outputs.?
