Hello hossam99,
Thank you for joining the Intel communities.
You can see the system requirements for that game at:
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/fallout-4/12905/?p=r http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/fallout-4/12905/?p=r
NOTE: This link is being offered for your convenience and should not be viewed as an endorsement by Intel of the content, products, or services offered there.
Also, you can contact the game developers for them to provide you with your system requirements.
You will need at least the video card that shows at that website.
Regards!
Ivan

Please check the following thread about increasing dedicated graphics, basically you will need to do it from the BIOS; also you may want to check the following thread about increasing dedicated memory:

If you are interested in additional information about video memory please check this URL:

That message indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel graphics drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer, however, you may try forcing the installation of Intel generic driver by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 &…
Note: Once you install the "generic" driver you will overwrite any customizations your system manufacturer made to the driver specific for your system model.

Ivan
