why my gpu temp is so high ?? it can start with 60+ but rise up to 90 + , but just less than half the load. GPU is mobile intel (R) 4 series express chipset family

the gpu start to get hot even just a pc scan, did i set any wrong ??? or i install wrong gpu driver?? or whaT??
