win 7 upgrade

I upgraded a Dell Dimension 3000, Intel recomended driver is 845 G/GL intergrated video controller, I upgraded to win 7 ultimate,maxium resolution I can adjust to is 800x600 no other choice. I've tried all the drivers listed on the Dell support page any recomendations on what I can upgrade to?
