For the dual graphics, you have an add-on graphics card, like nvidia or amd,  correct?

Does the fujitsu bios allow BOTH the Intel graphics and add-on graphics to be active at the same time?

It is usually the case that one or the other are active, but not both.  Usually when you install an add-on card, it will disable the processor graphics.
