World Of Tanks(WOT)此遊戲我玩了有3至4個月的時間,一直到最近更新了32.0.101.6881驅動,在玩WOT時就一直發生問題,有時候登入WOT就會重啟電腦、有時候可以登入在車庫畫面10到30分鐘不動都不會重啟電腦,但是一進入戰鬥畫面就重啟電腦。而日常使用電腦都正常。
我不太確定是遊戲方還是顯示卡方所造成的相容性問題,於是我用了電源供應器測試軟體-OCCT對顯示卡和電源測試:
test1.ARC A750+電源供應器(750W)--失敗,會當機。
test2.內顯+電源供應器(750W)--成功,不會當機。

使用Intel Arc A750有一陣子了,也能感受此產品的用心,尤其在軟體操作介面真的很棒。但每次的瞎折騰也確實煩。此次發文看看有人是否跟我一樣的情形,打算直接報修。

I have been playing World Of Tanks (WOT) for 3 to 4 months, until the recent update of the 32.0.101.6881 driver. Problems have always occurred when playing WOT. Sometimes the computer will restart when logging into WOT, and sometimes it will not restart the computer even if it is logged in to the garage screen for 10 to 30 minutes without any movement, but it will restart the computer as soon as it enters the battle screen. The computer is normal when used daily.
I am not sure whether it is a compatibility problem caused by the game or the graphics card, so I used the power supply test software-OCCT to test the graphics card and power supply:
test1.ARC A750+power supply (750W)--failed, it will crash.
test2.Internal display + power supply (750W)--successful, it will not crash.

I have been using Intel Arc A750 for a while, and I can feel the care put into this product, especially the software interface is really great. But it is really annoying to mess around with it every time. This time I am posting to see if anyone has the same situation as me, and I plan to report it directly.

- Is the Resizable Bar enabled?
- Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
- Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?
- Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
- Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?
Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.
In line with this, please also provide a complete crash dump.
