  • Kindly generate the SSU report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
  • Are you currently experiencing any problems with your system? If so, could you please explain why you're attempting to update the drivers?
  • Have you previously performed a clean installation of the graphics driver, before using either an older or the latest version? 

 

I reviewed the recording you provided and noticed multiple clicks during the installation attempt. Have you tried waiting for the installation to complete and for any prompt or instruction to appear before clicking again?

 

Additionally, I observed that you’re attempting to download different versions of the graphics driver. Please note that version 32.0.101.7029 is specifically intended for Intel Xe and discrete graphics cards. Once I receive your SSU log, I’ll be able to determine the correct driver version for your system.
