1) Is this a new multi-display setup where you first noticed the flickering, or a previously working setup that recently developed this issue?
- If previously working: What recent changes were made? (hardware additions, display settings, OS updates, driver updates, etc.)
- If first-time setup: Please proceed to question #2.
2) For Display Configuration:
- How are your displays/monitors connected?
- Are they plugged directly into the Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics card, or through a hub/dock?
- Which specific ports are being used?
- Are you using direct cables (HDMI to HDMI, etc.) or adapters?
3) Monitor Details:
- What are the make and model of your displays/monitors?
- Please provide a link to their specifications if available.
4) Power Supply:
- What is your PSU make and model?
Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
