Hi everyone,
Limited by my terrible English level, I have to describe my problem by Google Translate:)
Hope you don't mind it.
Hardware info:
GPU: Intel Arc A750 8GB (31.0.101.4514)
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
Motherboard: Micro-Star B450M A PRO MAX
RAM:16GB
Resize BAR Enabled
★ I purchased my A750 graphics card on June 2023, 6, and the following situations were already present at the beginning of the purchase:
☆The screen has a wide range of irregular light spot flickering and intermittent black screen in most scenes, and occasionally some icons and fonts are displayed incorrectly, and the driver working state is very unstable.
☆ Tested some games including Dx9-Dx11, and they all have problems like texture confusion, screen tearing, frequent crashes when starting, exit/crash/blue screen, etc. Basically unable to start any game when the situation is serious. During the period the temperature of the graphics card and video memory are displayed as about 50°C.
☆ The blue screen termination codes received in the game so far are approximately:
VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY etc.
★ Here are some notes:
☆ The installed Arc driver versions are: 4369/4382/4499/4502/4514, and some versions have been reinstalled through the DDU tool.
☆The device has been installed with NVIDIA graphics card drivers and AMD Adrenaline drivers, but they have been completely uninstalled through DDU tools.
☆ I once tried to install the A750 graphics card externally to another device equipped with the Ryzen 9 5900HX mobile platform, but the existing problem did not improve in any way.
☆The 3 DP interfaces and 1 HDMI interface that come with the graphics card have been tested, and the situation reflected is basically the same as the problem.
☆ If the cooling fan speed of the graphics card is set to "Auto", it seems to make the situation worse, although the real-time temperature of the graphics card obtained through the GPU-Z tool does not show signs of being too high. So I had to fix the fan speed at 85%.
The problem found so far has caused my graphics card to basically not work properly, I guess there may be a problem with the graphics card memory. Should I contact the supplier as soon as possible and request a repair?

Thank you for your reply.
The supply make and model of power is GoldenField "龍霸500" 500W ATX.
I had guessed before whether the problem came from the unstable operation of the power. And the GPU worked a little bit better after I set the rated power of GPU to 115W through the Arc Driver, It seem to support this point, but still cannot explain the light spot flicking and tearing of the screen:(
Anyway, I'm going to change a power first.
The reports of Intel Graphics Command Center and SSU will be sent later, I hope you don't mind it.
(PS:But I haven't find out how to upload files in the post reply…That's funny)
