ARC A770 not recognized and fan not modifiable

Hi Intel community,

I would like to know why it is not recognized on other control software, as well as why you can not modify its ventilation curve and that you need to have a second nvidia or amd or IGPU gpu card to install an arc card under AMD cpu in Windows 1.

Does it have special Intel arc software to control and customize its ventilation? Because I had to install a GPU cooler to help it since only it rises without concern to 90 ° see more when it is benchmarked.

Bonjour,

depuis que j’ai quitté l’interface " ARC CONTROL », je n’ai plus de problème le bridage au niveau de sa ventilation et mes jeux et logiciel 2D/3D sont devenus stable par la suite.

Si vous avez besoin d’avoir un nouveau rapport, n’hésitez pas en faire part.

Je pense qu’il serait judicieux que votre équipe technique optimise le logiciel « ARC CONTROL » enfin quelle ne soit plus impactée à l’avenir enfin que l’utilisateur puisse profiter pleinement votre application comme il veut.
D’ajouter d’avoir la possibilité de régler manuellement la ventilation serait cool
De même réduire la taille de l’application qui prend presque la totalité de l’écran !
Inspirer vous de l’application « MSi AFTERBURNER » qui et agréable à utiliser.

Je terminerais par ce dernier élément puis la dernière mise à jour « 31.0.101.4257 » lors du démarrage du pc, la carte arc qui est sur le PCI prioritaire ne démarre plus automatiquement et c’est le fameux IGPU ou le GPU secondaire qui démarre en premier et une fois arrivé sur Windows la ARC Edition ne réagit toujours pas.
Je suis obligé de débrancher et de rebrancher le câble DisplayPort pour que elle puisse réagir par la suite.

Thank you for letting us know. We are actively working on getting this issue fixed as soon as possible, however, there is no estimated time for the fix to be released. If you want to check the status later, you can reference the Bug ID 14018672713. Also, we are working on the Fan Control feature for Intel® Arc™ Control and hope to be released soon.

In regard, to the issue that you mentioned with the GPU not getting detected at boot, you can try updating to the latest graphics driver version 31.0.101.4311, however, if the issue persists, please open a new thread to provide you with troubleshooting for that specific issue, and avoid confusion for community members that might check this thread.
