I'Dont know why i can't reply on old question home page.so i'll send another one now.

 

*My Computer is equipped with 14700k,aorus masterz690,ddr5 7200 c32,power supply of 750w,my monitor supports 144hz.the graphics is A770 16g.
so i did it more,the graphics performance into full maximizing .but its CS2'FPS still 13% lower than 4060 at 1440p/high settings.

*I believe A770 can do it,and I believe Intel can do it.SHOW me the true power.
*FPS games can truly show the value of graphics cards.

We are still working on improving performance for DirectX 11 titles (such as Counter-Strike 2), so expect more updates in the near future.

 

Just to be sure we are not missing anything, please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the OS build number, graphics driver version, errors logged in the system, etc.

What is the FPS value you're getting? If you can provide some CapFrameX data or something similar, that would be great. Check out this link for more information.
