Acer Predator A770 graphics card 16gb model - dual monitor does not work

Hi,

I was using a 6650XT graphics card and it went dual-monitor no problem. When I installed the drivers, it does not work. 

Acer Predator BiFrost Arc A770 OC Graphics Card

Windows 10 [21H2] x64

Driver from intel: gfx_win_101.5084_101.5122

I understand that a dual-display configuration is not working when using your A770 GPU, Could you please let us know more details about the issue? Like, is there no display at all coming from the monitor? Is only one of them working? is this a display corruption issue? Let us know the exact symptoms that you are seeing.

Also, please share with us the following reports to get the system details:

Intel® System Support Utility

Intel Graphics Command Center (Intel GCC)

In addition, let us know the type of connections you are using DP or HDMI, and if you are using any type of video adapter.
