Win10 LTSC -> Win11 23H2
My BIOS not change, Power saving mode turned on(ASPM L1).
But the minimum standby power 5-7w -> 22-27w.
I have contacted ASUS and they said ASPM is ok.
By the way, my monitor is 1080P 60Hz.

I have checked the Intel® SSU and I see that there is a pending update, please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- I noticed the graphics driver is up to date, did you use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before installing the latest graphics driver? Otherwise, follow the article How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver and the install the driver 31.0.101.5085.
- Update BIOS to version 3010. For guidance contact ASUS. This may improve the compatibility, stability and performance of the graphics card.
- For most supported configurations to achieve optimal power consumption configure the BIOS as follows:
- Allow OS controlled ASPM by setting Native ASPM to Enabled.
- Enable PCI Express root port ASPM and select L1 Substates.
- Also, configure Windows* Power settings as follows:
- Go to Start > System > Power & sleep.
- Click on Additional power settings.
- Select your preferred plan and click on Change plan settings.
- Click on Change advanced power settings.
- Look for PCI Express.
- Click on the '+' sign next to PCI Express to expand the options.
- Click on the '+' sign next to Link State Power Management to expand the options.
- Select Maximum power savings as the Setting using the drop-down menu.
- Click Apply and then OK.

Thank you for your reply.
I have carried out the following operations.
1. update BIOS version
2. DDU the driver and install the newest driver.
3. check BIOS ASPM config
4. check the windows PCI max saving config
5. new SSU reporter
But the situation is not optimistic, The current standby power consumption has increased to around 40W
PS: I have tried my best to adjust the language to English, But there may also be Chinese.

I researched again and opened Advanced/APM Configuration/Max Power Saving in BIOS
The power consumption has been restored to around 25W
And I found that as the switch above is turned on, the ASPM related settings will also be changed, as shown in Figure 2

You can also access High Power Consumption when Intel® Arc™ Graphics Card is Idle this may help to decrease the power consumption, where you can find the steps I previously recommended.
